What this means to me is that, it is better to have a good name than money or cars etc.... If you have a good name then that is all you really need. If you have a good name and a good job then you will be rich because having a good name is more important than anything in the world. If you choose the right and do things correctly then you will have a good name. Having a good name means a lot to people and some don't really care because they do whatever they feel like doing. If you choose to do things that are not correct then you will have a bad name and you want to have a good name! That's why you should help people out and be kind to each other. Every little thing revolves around you and your actions. You will get rich because of your name and what you are doing to get the name that you have. Your job is not always based on being rich its based on what you do and what you choose if its either the right or wrong. For example for a guy that works hard and helps others is going to have a good name. Finally for example if you choose not to work and not help people then you won't have a good name . 

Health

­­­Healthcare Administrator

Duties and responsibilities: Is the field relating to leadership, management, and administration of public health systems, health care systems, hospitals, and hospital networks. Health care administrators are considered health care professionals. It is responsible for the facility business management and whatever operation they are running such as a hospital or nursing home. A health care administrator is responsible for controlling finances, supply ordering, hiring, and supervising staff.

Salary: $115,553 - $245,774

Education: Bachelor’s degree in health administration, most states requires state-approved training and on-the-job experience, then license from an approved, accredited institute. Every state has different requirements, however, so be sure to check with the state health board of the state in which you want to practice before setting out to begin your new career.  

­Reflection: I would like to be a health care administrator because it seems like you help out a lot of people and you are busy most of the time. It seems interesting and fun to work with people

Your name will be out there and everyone will know who are. That will be the best feeling in the world because you have made it to something big that people know who you are. That is every ones goal to be successful so people could know who they are what they do. if you do not plan to be anyone or go to college no one will know who you are. You want to be known as the one who helps people and are there for them. You are going to be known as their friend, mentor and much more. If you decide to be someone then your life will be great no matter what as long as you try and you do not give up. Not giving up leads you to success and who you want to be. If you give up there is nothing else to do because you decided to not work hard and achieve your goal. Coach K is the most wondering coach that leads his team to victory. He doesn't give up he's there when his team needs him. All his team looks at him like a friend and other stuff and that could be you. You just have to try hard and challenge yourself to be a better person in live everyday. Coach K had had 1,000 wins in their games because they put in all their effort and don't give up no matter if its tiring its their passion and they will work hard to make it on the top or stay on the top. 

Stand for the right

"If your so-called friends urge you to do anything you know to be wrong, you be the the one to make a stand for right, even if you stand alone. Have the moral courage to be a light for other to follow."

 What this means to me is that if you don't want to do what other peoples bad choices then you have to stand up for what you want. No matter if any else doesn't want that your being strong enough so they could know that you are not going to do what they want you to do. If you say something that makes you strong other people may feel the same but they couldn't say it for being scared or something. Those other teens/adults might want to follow you because that is what they wanted too. If you always choose the right then that is why you don't want to do anything bad.

What this means to me is that if you decide to do the right thing your going to be proud  of yourself. You decide what you want in your life and if you choose to follow instructions then you are making a great person out of you. Its always going to be on you and who you want to be. Your actions will decide your future. If you do everything that you are told to do then you know your future is going to be great and successful. For example if you choose the right your going to be a successful person that people might look up to. Your going to be happy with your job and with what you have. You will be happy because you have accomplished all your goals and you are being successful no matter what. You are going to be happy because you chose the right, you chose the right things to do while you were young and in school. You are going to be proud of yourself and your family members will be proud of you too. Your kids will look up to you and they will want to be like you because of all the things you have. CTR!

ENT Specialist

Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) Specialist

Duties and responsibilities: An ENT specialist is also called an Otolaryngologist which deals with the ear, nose, and throat. Also it works for related areas of the head and neck. People search for ENT specialist for treatment for the ear, nose, and ear. An ENT is physicians (MD, DO, MBBS, MBChB, etc.)

Salary: $184,650 - $302,500

Education: To become an ENT doctor, you will begin by pursuing the traditional route to and through medical school.  Score well on the MCAT and earn a high undergraduate GPA, especially in the core science courses of biology, general chemistry, organic chemistry, and physics. Obtain clinical experiences that allow you to shadow an ENT doctor so that you will begin to understand the realities of the profession.  Apply to complete four years of medical school. During the last two years, you can take specialized coursework in otolaryngology.

                                                    

Reflection: I wouldn’t like to be an ENT specialist because you have a lot of jobs to do. Especially because you have to take a lot of classes just so you could know what to do just on three things. It doesn’t seem exciting or boring it’s like in the middle of both. It’s like being a regular doctor because you check the years and throat and nose so why not just be a regular doctor? Or you could study for every type of medicine that you would like to do.

What this means to me is that being successful is not made or chosen by accident. You decide if you want a future. When your are successful you don't be it by accident. Your success comes from your hard work and dedication to what you set your goal to be. If you set your goal and you do everything that is possible you will achieve it and your hard work will pay off. You choose to be who you are everyday. You wake up and make a goal that you will try to succeed in and you try hard. The habits that we have today are still going to be the same ones tomorrow. I believe this because if you want to be a certain person in life or in the future even though you still are a teenager right now you have to try hard and never give up on anything. So being successful isn't an accident because if you try hard in everything then you are successful because its what you did and hard work pays off.
