What this quote is trying to say is that if you do something that is not okay then you have to say something about it. If you hear something that you don't know whether it is true just don't talk about it. You don't always have to believe what people tell you because you do not know if it is true or not. You always have to speak with the truth. You wouldn't like it if people were to lie to you about something important. That is why you always have to be honest and not do things that you wouldn't like neither.
