What this statement is trying to explain is that you might go to do something recreational but the most important thing as that you do good for yourself and pick good choices. For example if you work hard and try your best at everything then you are making a good recreation out of yourself. But if you choose to do something that is not good then you are not making a good recreation out of yourself. Its not always about nature so you could be recreational it could also be about yourself. You are trying to make a better person or human out of yourself because you want to be successful all the time. Do good things that others could do too or they could admire. If you do a good recreation out of yourself everyone will know about it and will be proud of what you did. If you do something that is not recreational people won't like it they would hate it and would try to do something about it. Do your best for yourself and those who you love because you never know if they just want to be like you.
